Dr Tony Grundy holds degrees from Cambridge University , Cranfield , CASS and Warwick Business Schools and also from London University . He is also a Public Accountant ( in the UK). Trained by EY.
Tony's first career was in Finance and in General Management (BP and ICI) and an international retailer before he was a Consultant with KPMG and after his MBA with PA Strategy Consultants in the UK. He founded his consultancy thirty years ago and in parallel has held teaching positions at Cambridge , Cranfield and CASS Business Schools . He is now an Associate at seven major Business Schools.
Tony is a prolific author writing on Strategy and Finance with over 21 books published . He trains Director level executives globally .
His latest and ground - breaking book on "Dynamic Competitive Strategy - Turning Strategy Upside Down " breaths fresh thinking into Strategic and Financial Decision Making . A key interest in that area is the issue of Divestment .
