    The Estate Planning Legacy
Some parts were. I don't care for those sections where they try to sell me their educational programs.

Aging and the Law: Hidden Topics and Ethical Challenges
I found the section about planning for death, retirement, and temporary or permanent inability to work in your own business especially insightful. I was in business with one partner, who became disabled from illness and died about a year later. Had to scramble to maintain continuity of our services. I was glad we had a shareholder agreement that laid out clear provisions if one person had to withdraw from the business.
