Margaret Yip is an operations and business transformation leader with extensive experience across investment banking, high-growth ventures, and global professional services. She specializes in scaling organizations, driving operational excellence, and leading complex transformation initiatives across finance, legal, HR, technology, and people operations.
Most recently, she served as Partner, Group Operations at GoGlobal, where she helped transform the company from an Asian startup into a global service provider operating in more than 100 countries. During her tenure, the business achieved significant revenue growth, strengthened governance and risk controls, and built scalable operational frameworks to support international expansion.
Margaret is currently Head of EOR at Links International, advising organizations on operations, people strategy, and AI-enabled business transformation. Her previous experience includes leadership roles at UBS, Scotiabank, and Deutsche Bank, bringing together strategic insight, financial expertise, and hands-on execution to help organizations navigate growth and change.
